Infrastructure Analysis: Our team conducted a thorough analysis of the current infrastructure, forming the basis for a comprehensive development concept. This process required expertise in IT solutions, project elaboration, and the fine-tuning of equipment and systems.

Realization and Startup: our specialists executed the project, which predominantly involved:

• Creation and Maintenance of Two Data Centers: located in distinct geographical locations, these centers encompassed over 1000 virtual machines and a storage capacity of 1PB.
• Complex Relocation of Basic Data Center: Undertaking the challenging task of relocating the primary data center, our team prioritized maintaining the continuity of services throughout the migration process.
• Creation and Maintenance of Campus Network: Our expertise extends to the creation and maintenance of a campus network spanning three offices exceeding 10,000 square meters. This intricate network involves the deployment of 2000 LAN/VoIP sockets with 802.1X authorization.
• Extensive Network Management: Our team has successfully overseen the creation and maintenance of an extensive network comprising over 60 departments across Poland and Europe (LAN and WAN).
• Logistic Park IT Infrastructure Design: We take pride in designing a robust IT infrastructure tailored for immediate use, specifically dedicated to the parcel sorting operations in one of the largest logistic parks in Poland. This included meticulous planning for server arrangements and active involvement in the design and initiation of the subsorting system.
• Private APN Networks: Our capabilities extend to managing Private APN networks in multiple countries, ensuring secure and efficient communication across various locations.
• Management of Automated Parcel Machines: Our team proficiently managed a network of 10,000 automated mobile devices supporting pack recollection, strategically located in numerous places worldwide. This intricate system ensured seamless and effective operations on a global scale.

Project Execution

The project adhered strictly to its schedule, maintaining high accessibility (HA) of the infrastructure throughout the implementation. It demanded extensive IT competencies and abundant IT engineering resources. The set goals were fully achieved, enhancing the infrastructure’s redundancy. This initiative aimed to uphold expected functional quality, anticipating the client’s business development. A crucial aspect involved selecting appropriate equipment. For the creation of campus networks, enterprise-grade equipment from Cisco and Fortinet producers was chosen. The Data Center was designed utilizing Cisco and Dell solutions for storage and servers, with VMware serving as the Hypervisor.
