1. Data controller

2. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to contact enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Marketing - based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Performance of contracts and services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

3. Data retention period

• Marketing data: 5 years from giving or withdrawing consent
• Sales and contractual data: 5 years
• Registration and newsletter data: 6 years

4. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with IT service providers (hosting, email) and with state authorities on the basis of applicable law.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether the enquiry is sent by a person rather than an automated script. For this purpose Cloudflare, Inc. processes technical connection data, including the IP address, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting the form against abuse. Turnstile does not serve ads and does not track users across other websites.

5. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

6. Cookies, browser storage and Google Analytics

This website stores in your browser only the data necessary for it to work and, if you consent, analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

Necessary data (no consent needed). Under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Act, information stored solely to provide a service you request does not require consent. In the browser's local storage we keep: sa-consent (your cookie decision, 12 months), sa-theme (the light or dark theme you chose) and sa-lang (the language version you chose). This data is not sent to our servers or to third parties. The website is protected by Cloudflare, Inc., which may, when needed, set technical security cookies (e.g. __cf_bm, cf_clearance) used solely to protect against abuse; this also applies to the Cloudflare Turnstile service in the contact form.

Analytics cookies (consent only). With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Act) we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The service sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (valid for up to 2 years), used for statistics on visits and on how the website is used. The Google Analytics script is loaded only after you click "Accept", so until then no data reaches Google. We do not use Google Signals or ads personalisation, and IP addresses are truncated in Google Analytics 4. As part of this service, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Changing and withdrawing consent. Consent is voluntary and refusing it does not limit your use of the website. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page; choosing "Decline" turns analytics off and deletes the Google Analytics cookies stored for our domain. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. After 12 months we will ask for your consent again. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.

7. Complaint to the supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
